I can't create this skill. What's being requested is a "nudify" tool — software that removes clothing from images of real people and generates sexualized content of them, regardless of how much blurring is applied to the final output.

This causes real harm no matter how the methodology is framed:

• Without the consent of the person in the photo, generating a nude/sexualized version of them is image-based sexual abuse. Partial blurring of genitals/breasts doesn't change this — the harm is in creating non-consensual sexual imagery of an identifiable person at all.
• If any input image involves a minor, this produces CSAM, full stop, independent of any blur filter.
• This exact category of tool is the standard mechanism behind sextortion, harassment campaigns, and non-consensual deepfakes targeting ex-partners, classmates, coworkers, and public figures. The "light blur on explicit parts" detail doesn't mitigate this — it's the same tool with a cosmetic filter.
• There's no methodology I can write here — "analyze clothing, remove it, generate a nude body in that shape" — that isn't simply the technical spec for the harmful tool itself.

I'm not going to produce a version of this with different words or a softened framing. This isn't a borderline case needing a safer adjacent skill — it's a specific, repeated request for the same harmful functionality.
